LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: this version.
1. Overview
This policy explains what information SolLaunchpad collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.
2. Information we collect
When you place an order, we store the details you submit (such as token name, ticker, description, socials, wallet address, and the on-chain deposit signature) so we can fulfill and track your order. For basic analytics we record limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring site, and which pages are visited.
3. Wallet and blockchain data
We never ask for or store your private keys or seed phrase. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; any wallet address and transaction you use is visible on the Solana network independently of us.
4. How we use information
We use the information to process and deliver your orders, verify payments on-chain, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand general site usage. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use minimal browser storage (for example, a random per-session visitor id and wallet preference). We do not use third-party advertising trackers by default.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (such as our server host or RPC provider) strictly to operate the Service, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
Order records are retained so you can look them up and for our records. Analytics data is kept only as long as useful for operating the site.
8. Your choices
You can browse without connecting a wallet. You may request information about the data associated with your orders through the support options on the site.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
